We request that you arrive promptly for you visit. If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late, please call the office as soon as possible (856-778-4700).If you need to cancel an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Without a cancellation, there is a No Show Fee $40.Please bring all insurance information including insurance cards and, if necessary, your HMO referral.

Billing, Insurance & Fees

Obstetrical Fees

When you arrive for your first obstetrical appointment, we will request your insurance information for verification. Your insurance company will provide us with any information that we need regarding your specific coverage and benefits. In addition, we recheck your coverage prior to your due date to verify that your coverage has not changed or lapsed. If so, we will inform you as soon as we are told of any change in benefits. It is imperative to inform the front desk of any insurance changes throughout your pregnancy. You may receive a statement with your financial obligations along with a payment plan and we will meet with you during your office visit to answer any questions you may have. If you have any questions prior to that, please contact our billing department.

Laboratory Fees

Pap smears and pathology services will be submitted to your insurance company by the laboratory that your insurance specifies. Please contact the customer service number on that statement with any questions regarding the statement. If permitted by your insurance plan, some testing may be processed at our Regional Women's Lab located in Marlton, NJ. Any balance for these services will be listed on your billing statement from our office. If you have any questions regarding payment or denial from your insurance plan for testing processed at Regional Women's Lab, please call 856-669-6025 and our staff will be happy to assist you.
